Faculty of Finance and Banking organizes a “Mid-Autumn Festival for Children 2023” program.

Mid-Autumn Festival is an occasion for family reunions, children gather together with their families to join festival. However, The Mid-Autumn Festival seems to lack of parental love for children in orphanages. With the aim of assisting children in deprived situations to experience a meaningful and affectionate Mid-Autumn Festival evening, on September 24 and 25, The Associated Organ of Vietnamese Students’ Association, Faculty of Finance and Banking, Ton Duc Thang University organized a “Mid-Autumn Festival for Children 2023” program in Thien Binh orphanage - Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province. The program garnered participation from over 50 students and 100 children residing in orphanage.

This is an annual event organized by the Associated Organ of Vietnamese Students Association, Faculty of Finance and Banking with the aim of enabling children to fully enjoy the festivities associated with the full moon and receive heartfelt gifts. This year, hundreds of lanterns and over 100 gifts, which were prepared by students, were distributed to the children. These gifts were entirely donated as a result of the “Donating Items - Weaving Dreams”, in the series of “Mid-Autumn Festival for Children 2023” activities.

With the aim of creating more exciting atmosphere, the Organization Committee arranged numerous engaging games and musical performances to actively engage with children residing in the orphanage.
