International cooperation program with Saxion University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands
Saxion University of Applied Sciences is public school in the Eastern Netherlands with three campuses in the East of the Netherlands - one campus in each of the three Dutch cities of Deventer, Enschede and Apeldoorn. Currently, the university has around 27,000 students, in which it has 3500 international students who come from over 80 countries such as Indonesia, Germany, India, Norway, China, Taiwan, Russia, Brazil, Rwanda, Japan, Bulgaria, Poland, Lithuania, Vietnam, Romina, Turkey etc. The university offers over 30 majors, ranging from economics to science majors. 
The international training programs of Saxion are accredited by several government and international bodies, assuring you that the programs on offer are of a high standard. The Saxion bachelor and master degrees support students to get the job in their own countries or many countries around the world

  • Tuition fees for 1st phrase: 36 million VND per year
  • Tuition fees for 2nd phrase: 4500 EUR per year, students of International cooperation program at TDT will have 3500 EUR scholarship so they have to pay 4500 EUR per year only
  • Living expenses for 2nd phrase: around 2000 to 3000 EUR per year

Transit period is in August, every year

International cooperation with Fengchia University, Taiwan 
In 1961, the Feng Chia College of Engineering and Business was established on Guanyin Mountain in Beitun District of Taichung City. Two years later it was moved to its present location in Xitun District. University status was granted in 1980 and the name changed to Feng Chia University (FCU). For over 50 years, FCU has steadily increased in size and scope. 
Currently, it is comprised of ten degree-granting schools and colleges: School of Management Development, School of Architecture, International School of Technology and Management and the colleges of Engineering, Sciences, Business, Humanities and Social Sciences, Finance, Information and Electrical Engineering, and Construction and Development. There are 33 academic departments, excluding undeclared honors programs. In total, Feng Chia University offers 57 degree programs of Bachelor, 76 degree programs of Master, and 14 doctoral degree programs. Over 20,000 students are currently enrolled in various degree programs. There are 2,200 faculty and administrative staff. There are also over 180,000 alumni all over the world

International cooperation with Lunghwa University of Science and Technology 
In 1967, entrepreneurs Mr. Sun Fa-Min and Mrs. Sun (Madam Chen Shu-Chuan) started raising funds for a junior college to train more technicians to meet the economic development needs of the R.O.C. After two years of preparation, Lunghwa Polytechnic was approved by the MOE in November of 1969, and started recruiting students in December of the same year. In the beginning, there were only four departments: Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Chemical Engineering. In 1973, the school changed its name to Lunghwa Junior College of Technology. In 1973, the Department of Industrial Engineering was established. In 1983, the Evening Session was approved. In 1989, the school was renamed Lunghwa Junior College of Technology and Commerce. In the meantime, the Department of International Trade was established. In 1990, the Department of Information Management was added to the program. In 1998, the school was upgraded to a four-year college and was renamed Lunghwa Institute of Technology and an on-the-job training program was added. In 1999, the Department of Applied Foreign Languages, the Department of Business Administration, and the Department of Finance and Banking were established.
In 2001, the Institute was ratified to change its name to Lunghwa University of Science and Technology. The Department of Computer Information and Network Engineering, the Department of Multimedia and Game Science, master's programs in Mechanical Engineering, and the Institute of Business and Administration were established. In 2002, master's programs in Electrical Engineering and in Electronic Engineering were included. In 2004, the Graduate School of Engineering Technologies was added to the graduate program. In 2009, Graduate School of Business and Management was established. Because of the excellence in teaching and university evaluation results, the establishment of two new departments, Cultural Creativity & Digital Media Design and Tourism & Leisure, are both approved by the Ministry of Education. And the master's program in Chemical & Materials Engineering will be set up in 2013. Lunghwa has expanded from three departments to current three colleges, fourteen departments, and eight graduate schools. Many of the graduates have been outstanding and contributive in the governmental and private sectors
