- Professor Park Kee Hwan
Professor Park Kee Hwan has worked as a Full Professor at the Faculty of Finance and Banking, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam since 2017. He was previously a Full Professor at Kookmin University in Seoul, South Korea (from 2013 to 2017) and an Associate Professor at Cleveland State University in Ohio, the United States of America (from 1981 to 1992). He also has many years of experience in the financial services industry as the CEO of LG Futures Corporation (1992-2002), LG Investment and Trust Corporation (2002-2005), and the chairman of the Korean Futures Industry Association.
Professor Park Kee Hwan has been highly regarded for his teaching excellence, specializing in courses such as Financial Risk Management, Research Methods in Finance, and Methods of Economic Analysis. His dedication to education and deep understanding of complex financial concepts have earned him a reputation as an outstanding educator among both his colleagues and students. He is an active researcher focused on understanding the dynamics of future prices and developing strategies for optimal hedged portfolios. His work aims to uncover the fundamental principles governing market behavior, with a particular emphasis on how future price movements can be predicted and managed through effective hedging techniques.

- Professor Chune Young Chung
Chune Young Chung, Ph.D., is a distinguished Professor of Finance at the School of Business Administration, Chung-Ang University in Seoul, South Korea. His research focuses on Institutional Investors, Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Capital Structure, and Asian Financial Markets. Dr. Chung has an impressive portfolio of publications in top-tier finance journals. His notable works include "The Effects of Antitrust Laws on Horizontal Mergers: International Evidence" (Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis) and "Bond-Blockholders and Corporate Acquisitions" (Corporate Governance: An International Review). His research also addresses critical issues such as financial market stability and firm information asymmetry, earning him wide recognition in the field.
At Chung-Ang University, Dr. Chung teaches a variety of finance courses including Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Security Markets, Venture Capital Investment, Investments, Private Equity Fund and Venture Capital (MBA), Asset Management (MBA), and Finance Ph.D. Seminar (Ph.D.). His teaching experience extends to Kookmin University and Washington State University, where he taught Financial Management, Analysis of Management, Financial Markets (MBA), and International Finance (MBA).
Dr. Chung is actively involved in student supervision, mentoring Ph.D. and M.S. students at Chung-Ang University. His supervision extends internationally, guiding finance Ph.D. students at renowned institutions such as the University of Arizona and the University of Oklahoma.
