On the morning of December 25, 2018, the Faculty of Finance and Banking is pleased to welcome Mr. Dennis Vossen - Programme Director, Ms. Jeanet Nijland – Coordinator Internationalization and Mr. Edwald Mentink - lecturer of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Saxion University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands visited, discussed and worked with lecturers and students of Faculty of Finance and Banking, Ton Duc Thang University.

On 26 November 2018, Finance and Banking Faculty organizes a second discussion seminar in the 1st semester of 2018-2019 academic year. In this seminar, students have opportunities to ask questions about studies and extra-activities.
On the afternoon of November 19, 2018, Faculty of Finance and Banking, Ton Duc Thang University had meeting with the representative of Faculty of Accounting and Finance, Swansea University, United Kingdom.
On 11 November 2018, Finance and Banking Faculty celebrates the cooperation signing ceremony between SCB and TDTU. The guests of honors in this ceremony are Dr. Vo Hoang Duy, Vice president of the university; Dr. Hoang Cam Trang, head of Finance and Banking Faculty; Mr. Vu Duc Hung, Director of Human Resource Division and other managers from both parties.
On October 30, 2018, Faculty of Finance and Banking had pleasure to welcome back Professor Jung Hong Joo, from Sungkyunkwan University – Republic of Korea. During his visit, Professor Jung Hong Joo had a meeting with lecturers from Faculty of Finance and Banking to discuss courses related to Insurance and also promote the collaborative programme in training and research between the two universities. In addition, Professor held a workshop for TDTU students to share his knowledge and working experiences in the insurance sector.
On the morning of September 19, 2018, the Faculty of Finance and Banking of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the School of Business Administration of Chung-Ang University (CAU), Korea. The event was attended by Dr. Hoang Cam Trang, Dean of Faculty of Finance and Banking- TDTU, Prof. Chune Young Chung- Director of Global MBA and undergraduate finance major program – CAU and the lecturers coming from both parties.
On 19 September 2018, Finance and Banking Faculty cooperate with Amicoach Institute to awards scholarship to outstanding students in high quality program
On 17 September 2019, Finance and Banking Faculty organizes a discussion seminar with over 400 students. In this seminar, students have opportunities to ask questions about studies and extra-activities. In addition, the faculty also cooperates with Sacombank to awards 10 scholarship to outstanding students. These scholarships represent the great attention of the faculty and Sacombank to motivate students in each semester.
On August 17, 2018, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) organizes a formal meeting to sign strategic cooperation agreement between TDTU and Vietnam Prosperity Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (VPBANK) at Tan Phong campus.
