After the financial crisis in 2010, the financial and banking industry faced many difficulties to overcome the losses of the economy. However, from 2017 to now, this field is recovering rapidly, which is accompanied by a huge demand for human resources in banks, financial institutions and securities companies.
On the morning of December 6, 2019, the Faculty of Banking and Finance welcomed Professor Park Kee Hwan from Kookmin University - South Korea to visit and work.

On 21 Oct 2019, Faculty of Finance and Banking cooperates with MB Securities to organize a seminar and career orientation for students.
In the seminar, both parties discuss how to establish and develop the training program so that students could earn the CPA certificate.
The meeting focused on discussing the contents of the Memorandum of Understanding that the two sides will sign in the near future, which emphasizes in detail the expansion of job opportunities for students.
