Faculty of Finance and Banking organized Insurance forum with the topic “Insurance Nexus”

On the morning of January 14, 2020, the Faculty of Banking and Finance, Ton Duc Thang University cooperated with the Korea Insurance Academic Society organized the Insurance forum with the topic: "Insurance Nexus". This forum aims to expand the network of international associations with research and exchange activities between the Faculty of Finance and Banking and the academic community worldwide.

At the same time, this forum also provides Vietnamese experts and practitioners in the field of insurance, banking, securities and lecturers of universities in Ho Chi Minh City with the opportunity to exchange and update new findings, specialized knowledge in these fields; Besides, attendees also learn, share and exchange practical experience with Korean experts and professors in the field of Insurance.

The forum was held successfully with the participation of more than 20 representatives from more than 10 commercial banks, securities companies, insurance companies in Vietnam, with the participation of some lecturers at universities in Ho Chi Minh City. New findings in the field of Insurance as well as the potentials of the Insurance industry have been discussed and exchanged actively throughout the forum. The forum closed with many opportunities for the insurance industry in the Vietnam market as well as the potential of training and developing the insurance sector in the future.
