2019 FMA Asia/Pacific Conference

FMA International is pleased to announce its 11th Asia/Pacific Conference on 10 - 12 July 2019 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Co-hosted by the Ton Duc Thang University and FMA, the conference brings together academicians and practitioners with interests in financial decision-making and provides a forum for presenting new research and discussing current issues in financial management and related topics.

We seek strong papers from scholars in all fields of finance. The selection criteria includes the nature of the research problem, implications of the proposed research, the quality of the research design, and the expected contribution of the research to the literature.

Call for Papers for Advanced Doctoral Students

2019 FMA Asia/Pacific Doctoral Student Consortium
Wednesday, 10 July 2019 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Submission Deadline: Friday, 22 February 2019

FMA is now accepting submissions from advanced doctoral students for the 2019 FMA Asia/Pacific Doctoral Student Consortium (DSC) on Wednesday, 10 July 2019, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Accepted participants will have the opportunity to present their job market papers, receive feedback from senior faculty, and hear expert panelists discuss potential research topics and professional advice. In addition, conference registration is waived for students selected for the Consortium.

To apply for the 2018 FMA Asia/Pacific Doctoral Student Consortium, students must complete the online application and submit a 5 - 10 page dissertation proposal (in PDF format) by Friday, 22 February 2019. In addition, one recommendation letter should be either uploaded to the application form or sent to FMA prior to the application deadline. There is no application fee for the Doctoral Student Consortium.
