“Global Passport 2026”: Connecting Cultures and Inspiring Global Citizenship
On May 9, 2026, at the Tan Phong Campus, the international program “Global Passport 2026,” organized by the Faculty of Finance and Banking of Ton Duc Thang University in collaboration with AIESEC, created a vibrant multicultural exchange space that promoted the spirit of international integration among students in the modern era.
More than simply a student networking event, the program showcased unique cultural features from various countries, including South Korea, China, India, and Southeast Asian nations such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia.
In addition to artistic performances and cultural exchange activities, the event introduced a wide variety of traditional dishes representing the unique flavors of each country, along with engaging games and interactive experiences. These activities created a vibrant, diverse, and welcoming atmosphere for participating students. Through the program, students had the opportunity to broaden their cultural understanding, enhance their Cultural Intelligence (CQ), and promote Vietnamese traditional values to international friends.
Beyond its cultural significance, Global Passport 2026 also reflected a strong commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Quality Education (SDG 4), Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10), and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17).
The success of the program further affirmed the educational orientation of Ton Duc Thang University in developing students with professional competence, global mindsets, and the confidence of responsible global citizens in the context of sustainable development.
