TALK SHOW: CFA - The road to professional finance

Under the high-quality program of finance and banking at TDTU, students are taught some classes of CFA-related subjects from second to fourth years, then students are encouraged to take CFA certificate level 1 with 9 different subjects. In recent years, this certificate is one of the important requirements, or a plus that multinational companies, financial groups, international insurance companies for their recruitment activities. However, in order to achieve this international qualification, it requires students to study and master a wide range of professional knowledge in economics, finance, and accounting. In addition, proper discipline, appropriate methodology, and well-prepared preparation are necessary conditions to pass the certificate.

Thus, on Monday, 3rd December 2018, the Faculty held a talk show named CFA - The road to professional finance which was presented by Mr. Truong Minh Loc. He is one of the earliest people becoming CFA Charter-holder in Vietnam and also is in charge of teaching CFA subjects for students at the high-quality programs at the Faculty. In the talk show, he has shared much useful information for the first-year students to motivate and reduce the confusion when they are stepping into the path of conquering the prestigious certificate.
