Admission method 3: direct offer

  1. The direct offer policies and requirements are complying with the admission policy of Ministry of Education.
  2. Target of direct offer: gifted high schools in HCMC
  • High school students who complete the 12th grade in 2019 at gifted high schools are prioritized to study in TDTU should have the average grade of the nearest 5 semesters of each subject in admission combinations is higher than 7.5 (please refer to appendix 1) for standard program in Vietnamese. For pharmacy major, high school students the average grade is above 8.0 and archive high distinction for 12th grade. For the high quality program in Finance and Banking, the average grade of the nearest 5 semesters of each subject in admission combinations is higher than 7.0
  • Enrollment method: online enrollment on the website http://xettuyen.tdtu.edu.vn
  • Enrollment period: from 01 Apr 2019 to 25 May 2019
  • Enrollment documents include:
    • Direct offer application form ,which can be printed out from the website http://xettuyen.tdtu.edu.vn
    • Certified photo of student record in high school transcripts or final grade of 10th , 11th and 12th grade
    • Certified photo of national ID 
    • Certified photo of valid IELTS >= 5.0 or equivalent English certificate if students enroll in the high quality program in Finance & Banking. Students who haven't got the English certificate have to attend the English entrance examination from 01 to 02 of June 2019, and testing fee is 300,000 VND per application document
  • Enrollment submission method: student pay the enrollment fee of 30,000 VND per application document at TDTU or send it via post office to Department of Undergraduate Studies, Room A0005, Ton Duc Thang University, No 19 Nguyen Huu Tho, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, HCMC
  • Candidate are allow to apply for more than one major
  • In case of the number of direct offer application is higher than the quota, TDTU will prioritize the applications that have the highest average grade of the nearest 5 semesters of each subject in admission combinations
