Working session of the Faculty of Banking and Finance with Saxion University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands)

On the afternoon of November 6, 2023, the Faculty of Banking and Finance (TCNH) hosted representatives from Saxion University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. The meeting included notable attendees such as Mr. Sander Reinderink, the Director of the School of Finance and International Business, and Mr. Janco Bonnink, the Director of the Department of Education & Student Support.

Saxion University of Applied Sciences stands as a longstanding strategic partner for the Faculty of Finance and Banking at Ton Duc Thang University. Currently, the Faculty of Financial Services is actively engaged in a 3+1 joint training program focused on finance and control. This meeting served as a platform to explore further potential for collaboration and exchange, touching upon topics such as exchange semesters, professional internships, job opportunities in companies and banks in the Netherlands or other European countries, as well as exchange programs.

Various avenues for collaboration were discussed, including short-term student exchanges, international weeks, and summer camps, providing European students with the chance to immerse themselves in Vietnamese culture. Furthermore, the Faculty of Technology and Saxion University explored opportunities to exchange lecturers and collaborate on research, aiming to enhance teaching expertise and scientific research in the realms of digital transformation and business model innovation.
